Leading by Example

陳興宜 Hsing-Yi Chen (Art Director)

Originally, I wanted to be an artist...
Among the various creative ideas, I am particularly fascinated by the idea of "growth", which is a cumulative process of joy and bitterness, and interestingly, when "growth" fulfills certain conditions, it leads to a "transformation"; Just like upgrades and class-change in a game, or perhaps I should say, it is the game that simplifies life.
I started to switch tracks, collect different skills, and try other possibilities of creation.
And so the artist transformed into a director, holding high the banner of the project and leading his army forward. For the entirety of the road, continuous communication, coordination, and scheduling are required to maximize the efficiency of time and human resources, and to flexibly correct any errors that deviate from the track until the task is completed.
The hardest part is making sure that each member gets enough nourishment throughout the process to face the next, stronger challenge. And thus, the concept of "growth" has also been upgraded. The growth of the team is not the number of office squares in the narrow sense anymore, but the growth of the members themselves so they can attract more like-minded people to join, to achieve an even more ambitious work.

About Transformer Miniatures Painting

Despite being in the field of digital creation, I have never stopped drawing in the traditional sense even after all those years. The carrier of the paint has simply changed from a flat canvas to a solid curved structure.
As a result, the irredeemable obsession with perfection has found another outlet through the painting of those toys, and with time, each of those tiny pieces through the accumulation of strokes after strokes of paint, have gradually become treasures.

Time and money have not disappeared, they have just become what I love.
